I hate when chapters / sentences and other things end in cliffhangers.
All. The. Time. Why do writers think that it's somehow a good idea to leave us wondering about 10 different unfinished topics? You just lose the motivation to read through other, seemingly unrelated things when book won't ever give you the satisfaction of concluding something. Its fine here and there but some writers do it all the time and it makes the experience much less dinamic and much harder to go through.
