Yo, I saw his twitter yesterday. And he literally treats the shitshow of capital like he is watching an amusing movie about a civilisation in the process of disintegration. He doesn't even believe in anything. What actual fuck? What is his philosophy? What is accelerationism? Does he worship Stirner? Is he a contemporary cynic who sit on his comfortable chair to watch and laugh just to cope with wretched existence?

I have 26 books total planned to read but so far there's only three definite titles and two of them are carryovers: Atlas Shrugged, Spinal Catastrophism, and Infinite Jest. I could easily fill out half of this planned minimum with whatever the Verso Book Club sends out each month, though.

>“It was culture as class performance, literature fetishised for its ability to take educated people on false emotional journeys, so that they might afterwards feel superior to the uneducated people whose emotional journeys they liked to read about.”

bros what the actual fuck? this quote is way too based. I am definitely going to read it.

but how does anyone can escape the framework?
everyone operate in one framework or another and the so called choices aren't really choices because those are provided by that framework. every idea is linked with some process. every choice that a brain makes is conditioned already by the way it was programmed.

how the fuck one can escape and practice his ego when he is already just a puppet of economy, society and evolution?

>Isn't every field of study originally a form of philosophy?
shit, I never really thought about it this way. But yeah I think it is
But can you say the same thing about contemporary philosophy too?
