I'm not really an incel but I haven't had sex since I broke up with my last girlfriend... six years ago? I think. I'm a bit of a loner though, to put it lightly, and I'm pretty comfortable with it. Casual sex kind of sucks, it's dirty, messy, tiring and your hand feels better. Having no attachments means you can get up and go when you feel like it, make eggs at 4am in your underwear, play video games for an eight hour stretch if you feel like it, and read/write as much as you want to. I think being self sufficient is not stressed enough in our culture here in the states. Even here on 4chan you have this culture which pretends to be all unconventional and modern-boheme, but the undercurrent still promotes the standard Western ideals of being outgoing, having a wide social circle, etc. We'd probably all be a lot happier if we tried a little harder to let go not of loneliness, but the reasons we are made to feel lonely in the first place.

Favorite book is probably Gravity's Rainbow.
