you don't need to be an expert in Kant/Deleuze, but for most of the book he's writing for an academic audience, and he was a Kant scholar who became deeply interested in Deleuze. The first essay in the book cites all three critiques. Just pick up a few of the big meme essays and read them, if you like it, buy the book. If you can't understand any of it, don't buy the book.

I've read it cover to cover, that's just one essay. It's actually really good, too, but it's about his most amphetamined. There are a few distinct writing styles used throughout the book. Most of it is closer to this.
