Egypt, Nubia, The horn of africa, other places in africa such as west african kingdoms most likely knew about wheels but chose to rather not use it as slave labor and camels were more pleasant to use since the use of wheels in unsuitable terrain meant high costs in infrastructure projects.

Let's ignore north africa. Look at Ethiopia. I've forgotten which western african kingdom it was but they too, had a written language that died out.

The rise and fall of Europe is due. It just cringes me to the absolute extreme now that it's asia century we'll have similar arguments coming from that continent too.
