Camus says something like this about the absurdity of love, that its form is always imperfect yet that is what makes it perfect. The least you could do is lament to a friend (or make a friend) in person so you realise how absolutely foolish the things you say are—this is how I would always feel when I got in my dark moods and tried to express them, then realised they were merely spiralling neurosis. Get off the internet, go look at some trees or water.
