I'm going through things in life and I'm looking for literature that deals with being 26 years old, living in a small suburban town, working in the industry (this is important), lacking friends, lacking a gf, and there needs to be a doctor in the literature who is at least 50 years old (otherwise it's hard to take it seriously) who tries to get the main character to open up about his problems (mainly sexual ones like having trouble getting 'it' up) but who befriends him and they start having these weird and cool conversations before things go to hell between them and it all ends in a huge, cool climax.

You got any literature like that?
