I am not sure I agree anon.
I merely found the feeling of being extremely well rested, to be really relaxing. The same with forcefully cycling trough all the bodies "filters", allowing you to experience every point of circulation.

I can't find anything else to compare it to, for what you can do with 10 minutes. Within a minute or two your lungs forcefully gets used for full capacity merely for breathing. Which leads to the heart getting proper space and oxygen, and is then forced to beat properly at a steady phase.
And after another few minutes its over. All you have done is to sat in a lotus position to get a neutral shoulder position, and forced your body into operating as it should to be fully awake. In a sitting position with proper spine and head position.
And how awake you get from it is almost indescribably.
