I'd love to believe that is true, but I haven't seen anything like it in recent years. I don't deny that such things have happened, of course -- but, really, how am I supposed to be perpetually motivated by events that took place hundreds of years ago? (If I could be, I would -- I just need a convincing argument to allow myself to believe in such events).
