I finished this last night and really enjoyed it. Only Michael Chabon I've ever read but I really liked it a lot. What are your thoughts on this book, or of Mr. Chabon in general? Any recommendations for what to read next from him, if any?

What did /lit/ think?

I loved the first half, even though it took 80 pgs to get rolling. The 2nd half fucked around way too much and ended on a flaccid note. Great story overall.
