I just bitched and moaned in another thread of how utterly fucking dense anons these days are and lo and behold, the very next thread contains a brilliant example of the exact kind of intellectual laziness I complained about:
There is an attempt to have a discussion that specifically concerns the terms used, but once anon's assertion that the terms used is wrong is challenged, he summarily rejects the basic academic practice of definition of terms by a non-sequitur of a statement that seems to suggest a rational debate is somehow not in anon's ballpark. Which does make sense, anon's original argument seems to have been that people saying Evola walks, talks, and quacks like a duck is offensive because "duck" is a politically incorrect term that hurts anon's feelings, and emotions are what drives anon, not reason. The post is further accompanied by a screencap from a Twitter meme page that parodies normal reasonable discourse that used to be commonplace a decade ago, not by any kind of substantial argument but merely by the adoption of the sarcastic tone of an offended adolescent. Hell, the best I can say about it is that it kind of reminds me of how Aristophanes parodied Socrates which merely undermines anon's attempted point of this being somehow "leftist" way of talking.

So I was told every online plaform is being flooded with ai shit. Is it a good idea to put my work out there right now or wait until the wannabe-writers-who-don't-wanna-write to get tired of it? And yes I'm aware that my work is not likely to become popular either way.
