I find it so interesting that you couple a wave of compassion and understand would lead to a socialist revolution? I think the biggest difference between right and left is that left is completely indoctrinated into their ideology. The right can meme all day about white nationalism, but the left genuinely believes that they're good people, that they're the side of compassion and understanding. Guys, I feel on top of the world.

Managed to fend off all the haters itt and make them go away on their own.

But still, I still don't have my analogy. I need it to explain to my friends, family, coworkers and most importantly my shrink how I feel about finishing projects. In other words having trouble with motivation. I don't write gay furry fanfiction like you guys but I write code.

Analogies are a common literary device so I thought here would be the best place to ask, since /r/ is mostly about porn. Thought starting a thread could perhaps give me some insights and if not there is no harm. The image in op post is to give a hint for what it's for.
