I'm probably going to apply to be a security guard for a local factory pretty soon. It'll give me more time to take some classes so I can improve, or not. Maybe I'll just get drunk. I don't know yet.

I think the quality of my potential gfs peaked in high school. Ever since then I have struggled to meet women who the prospect of having a relationship with didn't horrify me. Relationships in general seem a lot uglier, focused on sex and material gain rather than love. I'm not cut out for that kind of world, I'm too sensitive and value a life of innocence too much.

I really fucking hate myself for being too autistic to go out with that qt christian girl who was into me (I bitterly remember this one time we and some mutual friends had gone kayaking on a nearby lake and her whispering to her friend "If only Anon would ask me out, then we could do this all the time"). But I couldn't do it. I had only started working out of my mega-autismo phase six months ago, just texting someone was anxiety inducing. I should have found a way. I know it's probably a retarded thing to say but we felt right for each other. I miss her.

After high school I had my oneitis phase with a different girl which obviously didn't work out. I don't have much other than scorn for her now. I tried Tinder for a day, but was viscerally disgusted with the shameless hedonism and quit. Meeting people in real life didn't go much better.

And now I'm just here, facing what seems like a very real possibility of being alone forever. Maybe I'm a retard that's so hung up on his "missed youth" that he can't have an adult relationship. But what am I to do? I can't force myself to want something I don't.

Not saying you're wrong, just that "left" covers quite a few positions. To the extent that I paid attention, the progressives approved of Trump's decisions to pull out of Syria and to withdraw troops from Afghanistan while the mainstream liberals and their media (whatever you want to call them) were against these decisions (some might say because they were bought off by the arms industry). Chomsky falls further left of the mainstream and, based on past statements, he should probably be for Trump's decision, maybe adding that he hasn't gone far enough or something. Maybe this isn't the case, but you can probably see why lumping everyone on the left together as if its the same position can lead to the self-fulfilling prophecy of them being hypocrites.

Do you guys remember the name of a certain book when an event happens, and after that point of discrepancy weirder and weirder things start to happen? I think I remember there was a kid playing with some kind of creature instead of a dog, and something big from space approaching Earth
