That's right, due to is/ought we need academic philosophers who all look like pic related to tell us how we ought to live.

He never gives any good demonstration of what constitutes an 'object', resulting in an idiotic infinite regress of playful little anecdotes about "A rock bumping into a volcano ... an ice cube melting on the head of my dick..." etc. The little conceptual strength you find in OOO is compensated for by these pathetic little anecdotes, frequent misunderstandings of other --- especially scientific --- literature (e.g. quantum mechanics, russell's paradox), the entirety of which is based on some superiority complex over 'scientism', Graham Harman is nothing other than a flavor-of-the-month blogger who seems to have played an elaborate trick on continental academia --- simply by appropriating one little section of Heidegger, using it as an axiom of an entire ontology which hasn't been developed at all since, yet keeps making all these absurd promises about being the only philosophical alternative to scientism etc, --- OOO (fitting name for a pop-philosophy for undergrads to 'Oooo' at) is basically the snake oil salesman's 'philosophy'.

Even look at the cheeky bastard, with his cute little descriptions and his dumb smile, with his nice little descriptions of natural phenomena ("dude... somewhere, ... someplace, there is a meteor smacking into another meteor...., don't focus on the subject man!!! correlationism!!! bawww... I cant believe critique keeps exposing my shit...")... etc.
