Jews are genetically different than people of European (Caucasian) stock, they're mostly comprised of sephardic, mizrahi and ashkenazi jews, the last ones partially having Eastern and Central European blood but nevertheless forming their own ethnocentric communities that have refused to assimilate into their host societies for centuries. The white-looking jews (the ashkenazi ones) take advantage of their caucasian appearances to blend in among the goyim and subvert them from within. It is precisely for this reason that they've racemixed with European whites in the past, and continue to do so. However, they also reverse this racemixing from time to time by marrying pureblood jews from their communities so as not to completely lose their genetic component, which, on the other hand, often leads to incestuous relationships (marriage between cousins) that have negative psychological effects on the child, hence why most ashkenazi jews are genetically predisposed to schizophrenia
