Of course here it helps that Searle's drawings are a big part of the book.

Nice cover, but not sure it counts, since the book is a collaborative work (Willans did the text & Searle the illustrations) & this picture is basically part of the book.

Yes, that's the only novel that springs to mind.

Picture attached sort of counts. Normally we wouldn't count "author + illustrator" as two authors, but here, the pictures are so integral I think it qualifies.
