What's some stuff you've read that's made you regain motivation to change aspects of your life rather than letting it remain a series of monotonous, repetitive events?

Stuff that isn't you only live once, self help shit is preferred, but if that really helped you, please post it.

Are there any non-fiction books that will make me look at the world differently? I don't want the lowest of the low brow tier, but I don't want something top tier either. I liked Economics in one lesson and 23 things they don't tell you about capitalism (I would welcome stuff other than economics).

Does anyone else go through spells where you don't want to read any fiction unless it almost perfectly aligns with your feels? Is this how people end up finding their favourite books? My Twisted World is incredible (because of >tfw no friends).
