Saturation is a novel feature of capital. There is bound to be a new thing for you to cringe at soon enough. It seems more acceptable of a phenomenon for games and anime because they were the things of before (actually I don't think anime has ever been a "thing" but doesn't hurt the argument) and are now damped far beyond their points of saturation. This is quite through and through an example of Bataille's hypothesis in his essay "The Accursed Share" regarding superabundance of energy and massive surplus of values (entertainment I guess, in this case).

Did you ever have a relationship? It can only be momentarily naughty. 80% of the time is drama and the numbness of day-to-day activities. You don't engage/relate to someone you [solely] want to get kinky with (therefore no realistic lit for that). If you want naughty and emotional pay a top tier professional, otherwise just read Joyce or something that embellishes the mundane.
