Say you will give a free copy to the first 20 persons who ask in exchange for a fair review(learn to use the pm system etc).

Make sure the twenty persons you choose has like 800 friends minimum (reach as many people as possible). If it's good, see people shill your book for you.

A lot of the books I read had the authors start on goodreads. You would be an idiot not to use a tool that helps you get intouch with your "fans" directly.
