that's exactly it, the blessing and the curse of being a woman is that you live in a completely hermetic bubble of saccharine feelgood bullshit your entire life until you're about 30, at which point you get steadily demoted to "Average Man" status, which for a woman is like going straight to hell because it now means you can be treated like an equal and have reasonable expectations for adult behavior placed on you

The problem is that writing such a book would require self-awareness, when a lack of self-awareness is precisely the defining element of a woman's experience. It's a paradox.

It's partly nurture, in that taking a serious interest in something, let alone philosophy, is rare for people whose baseline existence is very pleasant, like a spoiled rich kid or a woman (same thing basically).

It's also partly nature, in that women don't make good abstract thinkers. For whatever reason, they don't like thinking about nature or reality "as such." They're such instinctive empiricists and nominalists that they are completely indifferent to metaphysical issues and wouldn't even be interested in a concept like empiricism. It's just innate for them. Social life comes first, social life is most primordially real. The world is too "big" to care about its origins, it's an endless flux of possible things to feel and experience, so there's no sense in trying to dig beneath these particulars and get at its universals.

A woman would have to resist her whole nature AND upbringing to be a metaphysician.

Care about the judgments of people whose brains and souls continued maturing past puberty, that is men.
