But pic related is Foreign Language Press and it's got a uniform style. But if their translations are full of typos, then thanks for the heads up.

About to finish Three Kingdoms. May move on to this after. How does it hold up?

It's absolutely great. I've read the JF Skinner translation twice, and I can say it beats War and Peace. The first seven chapters are the best. Keep in mind that it's a comic novel; don't be ashamed to laugh.

I have read pic related, is not exactly a great translation ( a lot of things are translated in a literal way) but its fun to read and its the whole thing.
I have seen comments about that the translation by Anthony C. Yu being better but I can't vouch for it.
But if you really just want to know about Sun Wukong you can read Monkey, that is basically the first seven or so chapters of Journey to the West.
