semi related, are there any books that detail when the government decided it owns all the land in country? establishment of national parks, big business buying/govt subsidizing of farms, etc?

There has to be some kind of argument addressing the development of racism in individuals from continuous personal experience/anecdotal evidence. An explanation of socioeconomic factors or internal bias is just not sufficient when attempting to convince someone who has seen it with their own eyes hundreds of times.

I worked at a fish market in California. Niggers would come in and ask for 10 lobster tails, five giant fillets of salmon, etc, then just walk right out without paying. Other races didn't do this, or they did it much less often.
I worked in audit at a card factory in Colorado. Niggers would struggle everyday with basic math. They simply could not do it. Other races did not struggle, or they struggled much less.
I worked at a bank in Ohio. Niggers would constantly attempt to defraud the bank by depositing fraud checks, exploiting glitches, lying about transactions they made, etc. Other races didn't do this anywhere near as often.

How you do explain to someone that you're racist because racism is true?
