The first novel I read was Dune so the setting will very likely have some kind of sci-fi shit. a mix of fantasy races (or humans with different names to denote their different skin colors and features) different planets and high-tech but no laser guns.
I'm not a native English speaker so I will just write a setting in the form of incoherent notes about races, professions and locations. the first thing that came to mind after reading Dune , I was reading the book of Samuel at the same time, was to write a David-like figure escaping from his king's kingdom who keeps meeting cutthroats from different races across the different planets. But my English is getting worse now that I'm in the army and not shitposting and reading 24/7, So i will settle for a world-building thing that I might eventually post here on /lit/.
