Oh god, I hated that one. D:

My favorites were:
Why I'm Afraid of Bees
How I learned to Fly
Shocker on Shock Street (or something like that)
and all of the special "choose-your-own-adventure" goosebumps with the sparkly covers.

but all of them were awesome. <3
I read so freaking much when I was younger. Pic very related, I ate these up like candy (even though i wasn't little anymore when the series ended).

Oddly enough, one of the series i'm the most nostalgic over is the His Dark Materials trilogy. I read them when I was like twelve, those books were amazing.

It's like Lost, only with even more unanswered questions and the same plot every book.

Anyone else remember this series when they were younger? They were probably my favorite books to read during my preteen years, even more so than Harry Potter. I found my collection in the basement recently and they were pretty damn impressive for a series of kids novels. Great mystery and pretty funny humor to boot. I also love how the author incorporated himself as a character. They really don't make books for a younger audience like they used to any more.
