I've got the same problem of reading 3 pages and then scrolling 4chan and Reddit for hours on end. This is further exacerbated by my severe OCD which stops me from picking up a book because I'm afraid I will not be able to remember much.

What literature deals with my extremely specific personal problem?

>failed an uni art history exam test last month
>had to retake it, was so pissed i literally learned by rote every single work in the whole book (500 pages + 200)
>went to take the exam again, teacher praises me for my perfect work, maxed out my grade
>i make him notice i got a date on a painting wrong, he couldn't even tell
>mfw I can name and date nearly every mainstream work of art from the romantic era to modern age
>mfw i spent 10 fucking days on this shit and it's fucking pointless cus I'm not becoming an art historian anytime soon
