A desire has set ablaze your vessel.
It’s licking flames leave you tongue tied with
The words “abandon ship!” on its tip.
Throw yourself overboard into
the roaring torrents of a tearful ocean,
Or seek vein hope in a life raft:
to delay the inevitable.
Embrace the ragging desire and let yourself become engulfed by its flames:
Let desire become both your destroyer and savior.
Let it spend you at both ends.
