How do you guys respond to the intersex argument?
I know intersex people are rare, but certain conditions can go unnoticed for years. As far as I know I might have XX chromosomes, even though I look like a properly developed male. I'm also sure I would still consider myself a man, even if I did discover that I have no Y chromosome.
I'm also pretty sure this would apply to the vast majority of the population. Wouldn't this prove that our gender identity is not a priori established through sex, and that this gender-sex distinction is merely predicated on common sense, and more in general, what seems probable to us? If that were to be the case, wouldn't our gender identity be ultimately psychological (although it can still be informed by biological traits, but not necessarily)?

I'm still not sure about this argument, I haven't thought about it too much, nor I have read anything about these matters. What's your opinion on it? I'm really interested in reading counter-arguments, at the moment I'm somewhat stuck here

Human consciousness was a mistake. We may be the most intelligent species on the planet yet we still suffer, lead meaningless lives even though we have everything. We overwork, overconsume even though it's unnecessary, all for pride and out standing in society. We still seek companionship and are afraid of loneliness. Being self aware is the cause of all our problems. If I could go back to be an primitive ape, I would do it, even if it means that I would die a brutal and painful death.
