I'm fucking crying /lit/.

I finally figured it out, I finally understand these madman.
After years of reading the Greeks, Hume, Kant, Hegel, Wittgenstein, Nietzsche, Deleuze... I finally understand what's happening. I realize Continental philosophy is just glorified literary criticism . There's no rigor, no clarity, no logic, no verification. All of these things are foreign to the continentals.

That's it lads, that's it. I'm finally free.

I started a philosophy discord. I'm mostly interested in 18th-19th century German philosophy and (mostly) analytic philosophy. I figure I'll upload a paper or two every week or start a longer read along of a particular book if anyone is interested. Expect anyone from Spinoza, Berkeley, Kant, Hegel, or Marx to Wittgenstein, Sellars, or Quine. People in that range.

Over the next few weeks I'll be reading more about the connection between language and perception, and how formulating the questions regarding perception poorly lead to problematic epistemological positions (think Wittgenstein, Sellars, McDowell; all whom have papers I've already posted on the discord). And I also will be reading more Marx for a while hopefully moving by the summer time forward to some of Nietzsche's work regarding historical processes and backward toward reading some of Hegel.
