I don't follow Craig's reasoning. Is he saying that because people say (essentially the only 'proof') Jesus did these things in his own authority as the son of God, rather than being a mere conduit, it's proof that God exists.

Doesn't it show the opposite? That Craig's arguments were so poor that he had to resort to something that cannot be proved (or disproved, depending how you look at it).
