Good morning clg

During the second semester of my second year of University, I had a mental breakdown and became quite delusional. My parents forced me to move back home. Based on my behaviour my mother, a psychiatrist, thought I had either been raped or was severely addicted to drugs. When I got back home I proceeded to lock my self in my room 24/7.During this period, I was convinced that I was destined to write the next great encyclopedic novel. I wrote many pages and chapters and even posted some excerpts on this board. That period was a long time ago and I've since deleted all evidence that this novel ever existed, but I still find it funny to remember how despite my depression, messy room and inability to function like a normal adult, I convinced myself I could literally do anything. Anyway, All this to say, Does anyone have any books that highlight, or describe how to deal with situations similar to mine?
