Yesterday my new english teacher for grade 12 university level english told me that for your independent book study, you have to choose a non white author. Well it can be a white woman. Or a white man if he is a feminist. He also spent the whole lesson today talking about critical race theory instead of teaching english (I live in Canada so not illegal)

Because he is a self described marxist, I was hoping you all could help me find a book that would technically fit his criteria but also piss him off. Ideally a book shitting on Marxism, but I am open to other suggestions
