Have you ever had a dream that you were a reporter sent to a crime scene near a secluded ditch on an overcast day and you were listening to a tape of the autopsy and police report but were suddenly startled by the fact that you're there yourself and fear hit you like a gust of wind and you looked at the treeline expecting something not human to jump out and then victim was alive right next to you on her knees frozen with panic and she started biting your hand just as the tape mentioned "beast blood" and then you woke up too scared to open your eyes?

You might as well read The God Delusion, it turns one to one's Subjective experience and faith simply by being so ridiculous that it could pass for controlled opposition.

Apologetic works as well as those who legitimize atheist arguments by engaging with them are awful. With their bottom-up, Rationalist, gradual approach they're basically Materialist writings. The fact that they argue for God is irrelevant, their methodology is emergence-based - these logical worldly arguments will turn one to God when put together.

Is it Moral to write good pieces that scare others? Note that the feeling of fear is the most conducive to one's potential felt experience of disembodied ideas' agency and power. An ignorant Materialist or philistine might find his Other too intense and close the door for good.

Maybe this is why there is no good Horror Literature. Anyone receptive enough to receive ideas that could yield such writings knows better than to do so.
