It sounds to me like you need to refill your faith. Read the Greeks. Read Plotinus and Aquinas. Read Girard. Understand that genuine faith is something that needs to be reaffirmed by research and mystical experience. Research the parts of the Church that are obviously in need of repair, or seemingly simple ideas that you take for granted, and do your best to scrape away at those stumbling blocks.
