Stop using the internet for a week. It was around October of last year, I unplugged everything in my room and put my phone in another room while cleaning my room (and not cooming also) and the amount of focus I had was unreal. I could pay attention to things for more than 4 minutes, and the amount of dumb vitriolic, trite, hollow, and vapid modern day politics I see on the internet was gone. My mind was completely cleared. I felt like Odysseus or something, very guile, cunning, and versatile.

Then, I started using the internet again after replugging everything back in and now I have felt weak since.
