Honestly though, is anyone interested in discussing Dune, or any of Herbert's other novels, or am I just pissing in the wind? Hell, I'll use proper capitalization and punctuation if that would help!

Sup /lit/.

I recently finished Dune and I really, really enjoyed it. The problem is that I've heard that other than the original all the other novels in the series where very lackluster. Should I continue into the Dune universe with Dune Messiah or should I just forget the others even exist?
