Are there any anons hosting a small group to practice writing and study philosophy in a serious fashion?

I feel like I need to surround myself with people way smarter than I am so I can push my understanding and my work to the next level. I had a group like that before, but it kinda died, plus there was a big focus on commercial fiction which I can't concern myself with now.

Please don't shill some 100+ person discord server where nobody does shit. The type of group I'm looking for is probably ten people or less, so can we actually engage in each other's work, purposes and understand each other.
