I have little hope for humans to ever escape the box they are in. I'm a girl, by the way, and I don't usually mention it, but you'll see why it's relevant further on. I've lived at least 25 years, but I don't keep track of age because it's just a meaningless human construct that traps you.

Tonight, I did something for the first time. I put a blanket in my bathtub. Seems obvious, right? A hard surface can easily be softened by a blanket lain across it. What did I do instead? I spent a quarter of a decade sitting on a hard, uncomfortable slab. Why did I do this? No reason at all. There was no thought involved whatsoever. My father did it and so did his father before him back as long as there was bathtubs.

Well, you should get my point by now, but if you don't, there's no purpose in continuing, since you'll never understand anyway.
