You're completely delusional if you think Europeans are somehow superior to Asians when it comes to things like animal cruelty. The west is the perpetrator of the greatest suffering history has ever known via factory farming, and they are quite comfortable with living off the endless agony of millions of living creatures.

Japan probably has the most humane farming conditions on earth.

Civilization is attainable by most people, Europeans are just further ahead, but if you have a 3 digit IQ the only barrier to entry is acclimation.
