He'd probably attribute their denial of women to something akin to his reading of Jaws, probably. For an incel, the woman is a terrifying, shadowy, inexplicable other who threatens their very security (either emotionally, or literally, in the case of false rape accusations or divorce settlements), ready to devour them whole (the significance of lack/castration). So rather than actually go out on the hunt and risk emasculation, they would instead stay at home and deplore the state of modern femininity online, without ever actually experiencing it. This perception is profoundly deluded, and has no bearing on the reality whatsoever, given that incels have no genuine encounters with women (all they face is rejection and ridicule, rather than a real, personal connection to prove them wrong). However, the toxic form of involuntary celibacy arrises when an individual projects their own neuroses and insecurities (potential mates have denied me biological success because I am not up to standard) onto the women who reject them (they prefer degenerate sexuality and non-white partners, modern women are no longer pure because otherwise they would appreciate me, etc.). This kind of thinking spirals out of control into racial hatred, homophobia, anti-semitism, far-right ideology, etc., simply because capitalism cannot show them their value in society: under capitalism their value is null.
