I own a Kindle now so I have no need to go to bookstores unless I know there's something there I want. Usually when I buy books they're not available in the formatting I need or the digital files simply don't exist, so it's worth my money to buy something which I couldn't otherwise get for free, and most of those have been ordered online, or found in Value Village (a surprisingly amazing resource for fascinating books). But I rarely browse bookstores anymore.

Last week I read picrel because it was so short.
This week I've been making my way thru Storm of Steel 1920 English translation and a book on the Irish Troubles called Say Nothing. Next I'm going to read Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman which an anon has been shilling lately and which looks good.

I just finished this and thought it was pretty fantastic, however it was too short. Has anybody else read this book? And does anyone have any recs for other books on Wiking-SS and Totenkopf-SS panzer divisions, as well as the war on the Eastern front, and the partisan war in the Netherlands during WWII?
