What is nihilism? I don't quite understand it.
Is it the belief that there is no value in anything, that there is no truth or that there is no purpose behind anything?

I heard people say the TV show Seinfeld is 'nihilistic', how so? Is it because they all live aimless lives, wouldn't they then consciously or subconsciously see purpose or value in living?
