I'm looking for the author who successes John Delillo and David Foster Wallace. Is Joshua Cohen good enough? Which one of his books should I start with?

Get a load of this sophomoric precociousness right here.

I want to smack the tastefully refined glasses off your face and poke you in the eye.

Help me /lit/ - to me, this interview is extremely, painfully pretentious:

http://www.newrepublic.com/article/122228/its-time-writing-took-something-back-internet

>Consider the Arabic numerals: they encode integers (i.e. 6, the numeral, contains six ones: 1+1+1+1+1+1). And language, for me, operates similarly: each word in the book was chosen not only for its meaning, but also for its historical referents—there are “secondary” meanings packed into my sentences in the same way individual integers are packed into “numbers.” The novelist is the person who chooses what “state” each bit is “in”—and is free to flip at his/her discretion.

In this case, he just throws around a few "Internet words" (integers! bits! flipping!) to hide basic truths (words can have a context-based secondary meaning!!!)

Or am I not seeing something? Has anyone read this book?
