A bit. Not reading her, because I think she evades most boxes they attempt to put her in, but the conversation around her. You put your finger on a very specific matter and you did it well. Still, I think she's good (latest books weren't too hot though, next one better deliver or I'm off the O.M. train), and I'd rather see her pushed than hordes of picrel. The big dick writers of the 20th century aren't coming back anytime soon, and people who babble on about "The Collapse" and seal themselves off in little cope-bubbles like >>21239441, waiting for Moby-Dick 2, are just sad. Even if the golden age of the novel is long over, I still want to read them.
