Women should not dress in a provocative way unless they would like to be perceived as easy lays. I'm not saying that a mini-skirt and bra make a woman Grade A Rape Beef but they have to accept that that is how people will perceive them if they choose to act and/or present themselves in a manner commonly defined by our society as slutty.

Rape isn't all about sex. The sexy, drunk-off-her-ass slut at a college party will probably be the one to be raped. But only by a rapist. Obviously, but by this I mean that women in little-to-no or in no clothing at all, acting like sluts do not flip some magic switch in a person's head and dick to make them rape the bitch. There is no "But your Honor, that thong made me loose all self-control!" defense.

Many rapes have absolutely nothing to do with sex at all, in their reasons. It's about power.

When the creepy uncle rapes the twelve year old it's not because she walked around in her panties. When a guy at a bar roofies some bitch he doesn't know it's not because he can see her bra (or lack there of ) through her top. The deranged addict doesn't mug and rape his victim because she had on a high skirt.

I understand your complaint and I appreciate it. I don't deny that it holds truth, but I can't say I will consider it.. The names are not going to change. The actual character development is more important than the name, and since it was the names from the captcha which actually inspired the characters I feel as though they belong attached to them. I imagine a reader would get used to it after being exposed to them for an entire piece. Perhaps it is only so jarring because you have a small bit from the middle and are not very familiar with the characters and so must go off their names.
