Love how there's a discussion of toxic masculinity in pic rel, but also several lines down from that discussion the same writer calls women "vulnerable people".

This narrative and its accompanying analysis -- women are all strong and independent and deserve every scrap of praise, but at the same time they're incredibly weak, and vulnerable, and need every scrap of help they can get -- contradict in such a ludicrous and consistent way I can't believe anyone who's taken a moment to think about it genuinely believes it.

Just write a good story and characters. That's all it is. Fuck these people.
