Women are more likely to read for entertainment but no more likely to actually get into literature. One of my mother's friends goes through two or three books a week but it's all dogshit romance novels and bullshit self help books.

The worst part is shit like 50 shades flooded the BDSM communities with women supposedly interested in it but of course none of them want to take it beyond ERP because "Oh I'm not that kind of girl i think it's just hot in concept"
