introvert = someone who lacks extroversion skills or doesn't use them for one reason or another
extrovert = someone who lacks the ability to introvert or does so only when forced to(usually leading to negative emotions)

most women fall into the latter category. most men fall into neither and can do both. most of the top category are ugly men with bad attitudes.
