All who the noumenon uses to bring itself forward (the genius) are alien because they are exactly not jsut limited to the phenomenal relm, but their action is in the substrat of the phenomena therefore actually potent and cataclysmic since the only relm where actual change can occur is in that which actually is (noumena) and not just in the world that appears (phenomena), the sensory world.

Time is not an empirical concept that is somehow drawn from experience. For simultaneity or succession would not themselves come into perception if the representation of time did not ground them a priori. Only under its presuppositions can one represent that several things exist at one and the same time (simultaneously) or in different times (successively). OP has an undergrad ethics 101 tier understand of Immanuel Kant, which makes him out to be goody-little-two-shoes. Kant's ethical framework is of most benefit for the individual. This man talks about dreams and aspirations but without parameters set in our own lives, we will always vacillate. Kant could be extracted, and refined and indeed used for evil ends but the framework he provides is nothing short of remarkable because it helps ascend the human condition. The man subject to whims and caprice is not free even though he may temporally think he is in that moment.
