When you go to some of those cultural events like a Chinese parade, st patricks day or Mexican dia de los muertos to name a few, some people attend to just to get waisted, others attend out of curiosity, other perhaps because they are interested in a specific culture and maybe some will attend just to post images on facebook/ig to prove that they are not some ignoramus with the hopes that some femoid will fall in love with them.
