I'm also excited to read this book although I have flipped through it and the author seems to include huge chunks of French text that is untranslated for some bizarre reason
I am learning French but I cannot read it comfortably yet

Not that I'm going to read it anytime soon but I'm glad to know it will be finished
Hopefully Nicholas A. M. Rodger will finish his 3rd part of his books on British Naval history soon
